Shipping Policy

Shipping Location:
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders from outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method:
We ship all NFC cards using USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent). Packages are sent in a rigid mailer to prevent bending.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is estimated when purchasing the product.

Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to USPS delays or holidays.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package online.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately at contactlightnfc@gmail.com, and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.

Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at contactlightnfc@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
